60 minute, all levels class. Props are used to support the body as we hold postures for extended periods enabling passive stretching and deep relaxation. This class is designed to slow us down, and promote a calm mind and body. 

Yin

All Levels | 75 Degrees

60 minute, all levels class. Props are used to support the body as we hold postures from 45 seconds to 2 minutes. This class targets the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia. This class promotes flexibility and exercises the bone and joint areas. 

Solar Lunch

All Levels | 75 Degrees

45 minute all-levels class. This class will get your heart rate up as we move mindfully through a vinyasa sequence designed to energize and invigorate the body as we prepare for the rest of our day. Instructors provide detailed cues, with hands on assistance offered to promote a stable vinyasa practice. 

Solar Happy Hour - $5

All Levels | 75 Degrees

45 minute all-levels class offered at our happy hour rate of 5 dollars. This class will get your heart rate up as we move mindfully through a vinyasa sequence designed to energize and invigorate the body as we prepare for the weekend. Instructors provide detailed cues, with hands on assistance offered to promote a stable vinyasa practice. 

Warm Slow Vinyasa

All Levels | 80-85 Degrees

60 minute all levels warm class This class focuses on the fundamentals of each pose as we hold them longer, 30-60 seconds. Instructors provide detailed cues, with hands on assistance offered to promote a stable foundation for more advanced vinyasa classes. 

Warm Vinyasa

Challenging | 80-85 Degrees

60 minute class. This class focuses on the fundamentals of each pose, but moves at a slightly faster pace. Pairing breath with movement, students will learn a sequence, then move on the half breath to activate the heart rate and build strength. Instructors provide detailed cues, with hands on assistance offered to promote a stable vinyasa practice. 

Hot Power Vinyasa

Challenging | 85-90 Degrees

60 minute class. This class  moves at a slightly faster pace. Pairing breath with movement, students will learn a sequence, then move on the half breath to activate the heart rate and build strength. This class may include advanced postures including inversions and will be challenging! Instructors provide detailed cues, with hands on assistance offered to promote a stable vinyasa practice. 

Warm Foundations

All Levels | 80-85 Degrees

60 Minute foundation level class designed for new or current students who would like an introduction to or refresher on foundation yoga poses and terminology. 

Beginners Series - Free

All Levels | 80-85 Degrees

4 week series designed to introduce new students to yoga poses and terminology or offer a refresher to current students. Offered on Sundays during March.
